Bidets USA Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted in the product description because of the nature of our products.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened, used, or installed bidets cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order prior to items being shipped out, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order for you. 

  1. Email or call us with your order number. 
  2. You'll receive a cancellation of your order email. 

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Product is defective. 

To initiate a return, cancellation, or exchange, contact us at info@bidetsusa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Damaged Items: Inspect deliveries upon arrival. If damaged, report within 3 days for freight shipments or 30 days for parcel shipments. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, etc.).
