The TOTO WASHLET S5 is a slim, tankless bidet with endless warm water. PREMIST keeps the bowl clean, and EWATER+ cleans the wand automatically. It also has a heated seat, warm air dryer, nightlight, and easy-to-use remote.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories are subject to additional shipping charges. Bidets USA is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. Products are sourced directly from our manufacturer partners and may ship from manufacturer or fulfillment warehouses. All products are brand new and include full manufacturer warranties. Orders with multiple items may ship separately with different tracking numbers.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. You'll receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days, please contact us at info@bidetsusa.com.

Large items ship via LTL freight and are delivered curbside only. Freight carriers do not bring items inside your home, condominium, or apartment. Please arrange to have the item brought indoors upon delivery.
The freight carrier will contact you by phone or email to schedule your delivery appointment. Prompt response is required. If the carrier cannot reach you within 2 business days, daily storage fees may begin to accrue. If contact cannot be made within 7 days, the shipment will be rerouted back to our warehouse and your refund will be reduced by rerouting fees, accrued storage fees, and any additional carrier charges.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders with multiple items may ship separately with multiple tracking numbers. If you don't receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@bidetsusa.com.
Orders may be canceled before shipment at no charge. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Please inspect your order carefully before signing for delivery.
If you notice damage before signing, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery and reported within the applicable window above, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please email clear photos of the damage to info@bidetsusa.com.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why Bidets USA offers a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for orders that qualify for a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be new, unopened, unused, and uninstalled. Due to the hygienic nature of bidet products, we cannot accept returns on any bidet seats, attachments, or integrated toilets once the packaging has been opened, installed, or connected to water.
All returns must include original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards to be accepted.
