Toto UltraMax toilets come in a few different styles. Toto UltraMax, Toto UltraMax II, and the Toto Eco UltraMax toilets.

Toto UltraMax vs Toto UltraMax II vs Toto Eco UltraMax

All three of these are one-piece toilets with a Toto Bidet seat included. They are also elongated in their shape and come with a standard 12" rough-in option. All 3 are ADA Compliant.

The Toto UltraMax uses Toto's G Max flushing system while the Eco UltraMax uses the E-Max Flush system, and the Toto UltraMax II toilets use the Tornado Flush system.

For the Toto UltraMax II, it's the lower GPF, Tornado Flush, CEFIONTECT + with bidet readiness that makes it more premium than the other two.
