Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why Bidets USA offers a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be new, unopened, unused, and uninstalled. Due to the hygienic nature of bidet products, we cannot accept returns on any bidet seats, attachments, or integrated toilets once the packaging has been opened, installed, or connected to water.

All returns must include original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards to be accepted.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Getting Started with a Return

Before shipping anything back, you must contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We'll verify your return qualifies and provide you with:

  • Your unique RMA number
  • Return shipping address
  • Detailed return instructions

Important: Do not ship returns to our business address listed on our website. Returns without an RMA number may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Inspect Your Delivery

Please examine your order immediately upon arrival and before signing for delivery.

If you notice visible damage:

  • Take photographs of the damage and packaging
  • Refuse the delivery if possible so the carrier returns it directly
  • Contact us right away at info@bidetsusa.com

Timeframes for reporting damage:

  • LTL Freight shipments: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • UPS/FedEx Ground shipments: Must be reported within 15 days of delivery

These are carrier requirements for filing damage claims. We cannot assist with damage claims reported after these windows, especially if the product has been installed or altered.

Shipping Methods

Standard items (bidet seats, attachments, accessories): Ship via UPS or FedEx Ground

Large items (toilets, bathtubs, combo units): Ship via LTL Freight

Cancellations

Order not yet shipped:

  • Contact us immediately to cancel
  • Full refund processed within 15 days

Order already shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground:

  • We will email you a prepaid return label once the order arrives
  • Standard return process applies upon receipt

Order already shipped via LTL Freight:

  • Contact us for return authorization and instructions

Return Shipping Costs

Our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, shipping damage):

  • We provide a fully paid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • We will send the correct replacement or issue a full refund
  • No charges to you

Buyer-initiated return (changed mind, ordered incorrect item, compatibility issues):

  • We provide a fully paid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from refund
  • We cannot accept returns on bidet seats if box has been opened

How you'll receive your label:

  • Email: Label sent to the email address you provide
  • No email: We'll mail the physical label to your shipping address

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee for returns due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect items)
  • 15% restocking fee for buyer-initiated returns (changed mind, wrong item ordered)
  • Restocking fees may apply to returns with missing parts, damaged packaging, or items not in resalable condition
  • Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Specific manufacturers may have additional restocking requirements (noted in product descriptions when applicable)

Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 15 business days of receiving your returned item(s) in resalable condition
  • For pre-shipment cancellations, refunds processed within 3 days of notification

Refund amounts:

  • Our error: Full refund
  • Buyer-initiated: Purchase price minus 15% restocking fee

Items must be received in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@bidetsusa.com or call (877) 420-3443
  2. Obtain an RMA number for your exchange
  3. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all components
  4. Exchange must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  5. 15% Restocking fee applies. 

Exchange shipping:

  • Exchange shipping will be free but a 15% restocking fee applies to the returned item.

Refunds processed within 15 business days of receiving your returned item(s) in resalable condition.

Damage and Defects After Installation

Once a product has been installed, we can no longer accept it as a return. However, all products carry manufacturer warranties.

If you discover a defect after installation:

  • Contact us at info@bidetsusa.com with your order details
  • Provide a description and photos/video of the issue
  • We'll help you troubleshoot or connect you with the manufacturer for warranty service
