The TOTO Drake is a two-piece, elongated toilet with universal height. Confirm these measurements before ordering:

  • Rough-in measurement: 12 inches standard. If your drain is 10 inches, verify the model number contains .10 for compatibility.
  • Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side minimum.
  • Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet.

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
  2. Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
  3. Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain opening.
  4. Seat the bowl and tank. Lower the bowl onto the flange, press down firmly, hand-tighten bolts, then bolt the tank to the bowl.
  5. Connect and test. Reconnect the supply line, restore water, and flush to check for leaks.
