Trial Period
The trial period begins on the original order date, not the delivery date.
The eligible trial length depends on the product:
- 60 days for Ultra Nova
- 30 days for Eco Nova
- 30 days for Infinity Eaze Z3
Returns must be started within the applicable trial period. We are unable to extend the trial window for any reason.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund under the Risk-Free Trial Program, the returned product must be:
- Cleaned and in sanitary condition before being shipped back
- Free from major scratches, stains, damage, or excessive wear
- Returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, remotes, mounting hardware, and included items
- Returned in the original box and packaging materials
Please keep your box and all packing materials. Risk-Free Trial returns must be packed safely in the original packaging to help prevent damage during return shipping.
Return Shipping
If you decide to return an eligible Risk-Free Trial product, please contact Bidets USA before shipping it back.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by Bidets USA. We may provide return instructions or a return label depending on the situation, but the product must be packed properly before shipment.
Damage caused by poor packaging, missing parts, or mishandling during the return shipment may reduce or void the refund amount.
Inspection and Refunds
All Risk-Free Trial returns are inspected after they are received.
A full refund may be issued if the product is returned within the trial period and meets the condition requirements listed above.
A partial refund or no refund may apply if the product is:
- Damaged
- Missing parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging
- Returned in unsanitary condition
- Packaged improperly and damaged during shipping
- Returned outside the eligible trial period
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, installation costs, and any other non-product charges are not refundable.
One Trial Per Household
The Risk-Free Trial Program is limited to one trial return per household or customer.
This policy helps us continue offering trial options on select products while keeping the program fair for all customers.
Important Reminder
Please keep the original box and all packaging materials until you are sure you are keeping the product.
Risk-Free Trial products must be returned in the original box and packaged securely to qualify for a refund.
