This program is different from our standard return policy. Standard returns require the item to be unused and in new condition. Products included in our Risk-Free Trial Program may be installed, used, and returned during the trial window, as long as all program requirements are followed.

If you decide to return an eligible Risk-Free Trial product, please contact Bidets USA before shipping it back.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by Bidets USA. We may provide return instructions or a return label depending on the situation, but the product must be packed properly before shipment.
Damage caused by poor packaging, missing parts, or mishandling during the return shipment may reduce or void the refund amount.
All Risk-Free Trial returns are inspected after they are received.
A full refund may be issued if the product is returned within the trial period and meets the condition requirements listed above.
A partial refund or no refund may apply if the product is:
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, installation costs, and any other non-product charges are not refundable.
The Risk-Free Trial Program is limited to one trial return per household or customer.
