Several models here mount on an in-wall carrier rather than the floor. That gives a completely clear floor beneath, but the carrier has to be fitted before the wall is closed — it is a build decision, not a retrofit.

Wall-hung models have no floor rough-in. What matters instead is carrier position, stud spacing and finished wall depth.
