The TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S5 One-Piece Toilet pairs a completely skirted one-piece body flushing at 1.28 GPF on TORNADO FLUSH® with the WASHLET+ S5 and the wireless remote that stores each user's settings.

The remote stores its own settings for up to four people, so a shared bathroom stops being a negotiation over water temperature and pressure, and nobody has to reset the seat after somebody else has used it.

TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S5 One-Piece Toilet Compatibility

The TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S5 is a one-piece smart toilet with an integrated S5 bidet seat. Confirm these four things before ordering:

Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard. 14-inch rough-in available; contact support for adapter options.
Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet.
Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V required within 3 feet to power the integrated bidet seat.

Installation steps

Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain.
Seat the new toilet. Lower onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
Connect and test. Reconnect the supply line, restore water, and plug into the GFCI outlet.

On this one-piece Nexus the S5 cleanses front and rear with gentle aerated warm water, with oscillating and pulsating features.

Spray position, water temperature and water pressure each adjust on their own, and the water range runs 95ºF–104ºF.

An instantaneous water heater supplies continuous warm water, the seat is heated across 82ºF–97ºF, and the warm air dryer offers three variable settings.
