The TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S7A One-Piece Toilet puts TOTO's top-tier WASHLET+ S7A on a completely skirted one-piece body flushing at 1.28 GPF, and it is the only seat in the range with a touchless lid.

Choose the auto-flush configuration and the toilet flushes itself while the lid opens and closes untouched, so an ordinary visit needs no contact with the fixture at all; the standard configuration keeps the same seat and adds the kit only if you want it later.

The TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S7A is a one-piece smart toilet with integrated bidet seat. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard (14-inch rough-in available; specify at checkout).
  • Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
  • Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base; supply line runs inside the skirt.
  • Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V within 3 feet (powers integrated bidet seat, remote control, and auto open/close lid).

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
  2. Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
  3. Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain opening.
  4. Seat the new toilet. Lower onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
  5. Connect and test. Reconnect the supply line, restore water, and plug into the GFCI outlet.
