TOTO Washlet S7A Compatibility

The TOTO S7A works with elongated toilets only. Confirm these four things before ordering:

Bowl shape: This model is designed for elongated bowls only. It will not fit round toilets.
Tank profile: Your tank should meet the bowl at roughly a 90° angle. French curve tanks that slope into the bowl are not compatible.
Mounting hole spacing: Measure between the two seat bolt holes at the back of your bowl. They should be 5.5 inches apart.
Tank clearance: You need at least 2 inches of flat space between the front of the tank and the seat mounting holes.

For reference: The S7A is compatible with most standard one-piece and two-piece elongated toilets, including TOTO WASHLET+ T20 and T40 models.

Installation steps

Remove old seat. Clean the surface around the mounting holes.
Install the seat mounting bracket.
Slide the Washlet onto the bracket.
Connect the hose.
Turn the Washlet on.

Before you start you will need:

A wrench
A Phillips-head & flat-head screwdriver
A ground-fault 120-volt outlet within three feet of your toilet
To turn off your water supply and flush your toilet
