The TOTO Nexus 1G WASHLET+ S2 Two-Piece Toilet is a completely skirted two-piece toilet flushing once at 1.0 GPF on TOTO's TORNADO FLUSH® system, with the WASHLET+ S2 and its arm control panel already fitted.

Toto Nexus 1G WASHLET+ S2 Two-Piece Toilet - 1.0 GPF Compatibility

The Nexus 1G WASHLET+ S2 is a complete toilet replacement. Confirm these measurements before ordering.

Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard, with a 14-inch option available. A 10-inch rough-in is not available for this model.
Bowl shape: Elongated bowl only. This unit is not compatible with round toilet flanges.
Floor clearance: At least 21 inches of clear space in front of the toilet for access and use.
Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V outlet required within 3 feet of the toilet for WASHLET+ power and heated functions.
Drain configuration: Standard P-trap or S-trap drain. Confirm flange is secure and level before installation.

Installation steps

Prep the area. Shut off the water, flush to empty the tank, and remove the old toilet completely.
Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, ensuring the flange is level and clean.
Seat the new toilet. Lower the Nexus onto the flange, align the bolt holes, and tighten bolts evenly in a cross pattern.
Connect water supply. Attach the fill valve hose and WASHLET+ concealed water supply line; turn water back on and check for leaks.
Power and test. Plug the WASHLET+ into the nearby GFCI outlet and test all wash and dry functions.

TORNADO FLUSH® at 1.0 GPF

TOTO builds this Nexus 1G on its TORNADO FLUSH system and rates it on the sheet at 1.0 GPF (3.8 LPF).

This is a single-flush toilet: one volume, 1.0 GPF (3.8 LPF), with no reduced-flush setting to choose between.

The flush is operated by a chrome plated trip lever on the side of the tank, the trap measures 2-1/8" across, and the bowl sets on a standard 12" rough-in with a 14" option.
