The TOTO Aquia IV WASHLET+ S2 is a one-piece smart toilet with an integrated bidet seat. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard. 10" and 14" supported with TSU01W adapter (sold separately).
  • Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
  • Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection. Concealed supply line for seamless installation.
  • Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V required within 3 feet to power the integrated bidet seat.

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
  2. Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
  3. Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain opening.
  4. Seat the new toilet. Lower onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
  5. Connect and test. Reconnect the supply line, restore water, and plug into the GFCI outlet.
