TOTO Aquia IV WASHLET+ S5 Two-Piece Toilet - 1.28 GPF & 0.9 GPF Compatibility

The TOTO Aquia IV WASHLET+ S5 is a two-piece elongated toilet with an integrated S5 bidet seat. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard. 10" and 14" supported with TSU01W adapter (sold separately).
  • Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
  • Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet. Concealed supply cord included.
  • Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V within 3 feet (powers S5 WASHLET bidet seat).

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
  2. Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
  3. Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain.
  4. Seat the bowl and tank. Lower the bowl and tank onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten bolts evenly.
  5. Connect and test. Reconnect the supply line, restore water, and plug the S5 WASHLET into the GFCI outlet.
