TOTO Aurora One-Piece Toilet - 1.28 GPF Compatibility

The TOTO Aurora is a one-piece toilet with an elongated bowl and universal height design. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard. 10-inch and 14-inch rough-in options available.
  • Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
  • Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet.
  • Drain configuration: Floor-mounted P-trap drain (standard floor exit).

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
  2. Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
  3. Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain.
  4. Seat the new toilet. Lower onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
  5. Connect and test. Reconnect the supply line and restore water pressure to check for leaks.
