The TOTO Drake II is a two-piece elongated toilet with universal height. Confirm these three things before ordering:

  • Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard. This toilet is designed for 12-inch rough-in only.
  • Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side for comfortable use.
  • Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet tank.

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
  2. Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
  3. Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain opening.
  4. Seat the bowl. Lower the bowl onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
  5. Attach the tank. Set the tank on the bowl, tighten the bolts, then connect the supply line and test.
