Rough-in measurement: 10 inches only. This variant is designed for spaces where wall framing limits the standard 12-inch rough-in.
Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet with concealed supply routing.
Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V within 3 feet (powers the S7A WASHLET bidet seat and auto open/close lid).

Installation steps

Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, and disconnect the supply line.
Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the 10-inch drain opening.
Seat the bowl and attach tank. Lower the bowl onto the flange, press down firmly, then bolt the tank to the bowl.
Connect and test. Reconnect the supply line, restore water, and plug the S7A remote into the GFCI outlet.
