The TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S2 Two-Piece Toilet is a completely skirted two-piece toilet flushing once at 1.28 GPF on TOTO's TORNADO FLUSH® system, with the WASHLET+ S2 and its arm control panel already fitted.

The TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S2 is a two-piece elongated smart toilet with an integrated bidet seat. Confirm these four things before ordering:

Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard, with a 14-inch option available. A 10-inch rough-in is not available for this model.
Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet.
Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V within 3 feet (powers integrated WASHLET+ bidet seat).

Installation steps

Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain.
Seat the bowl. Lower the bowl onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
Attach the tank. Bolt the tank to the bowl using the supplied bolts and gasket.

TORNADO FLUSH® at 1.28 GPF

TOTO builds this Nexus on its TORNADO FLUSH system, which the sheet describes as high-efficiency at 1.28 GPF.

This is a single-flush toilet: one volume, 1.28 GPF (4.8 LPF), with no reduced-flush setting to choose between.

The flush is operated by a chrome plated trip lever on the side of the tank, the trap measures 2-1/8" across, and the bowl sets on a standard 12" rough-in with a 14" option.
