The TOTO Nexus WASHLET+ S2 is a two-piece elongated smart toilet with an integrated bidet seat. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard. 10"/14" supported with TSU01W adapter (sold separately).
  • Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
  • Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet.
  • Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V within 3 feet (powers integrated WASHLET+ bidet seat).

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
  2. Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
  3. Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain.
  4. Seat the bowl. Lower the bowl onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
  5. Attach the tank. Bolt the tank to the bowl using the supplied bolts and gasket.
