TOTO Nexus Washlet + S7A Two-Piece Compatibility

The Nexus Washlet+ S7A is a two-piece smart toilet with integrated bidet. Verify these five things before ordering.

Rough-in measurement: Requires a 12-inch rough-in (distance from wall to center of drain). 10-inch and 14-inch rough-ins are not compatible.
Bowl shape: Elongated bowl only. Round bowl toilets cannot use this model.
Floor clearance: Allow at least 21 inches of clear space in front of the toilet for lid operation and access.
Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V outlet required within 3 feet of the toilet for the integrated bidet and controls.
Drain configuration: Standard P-trap or S-trap drain. Verify your existing flange is at floor level and not recessed.

Installation steps

Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, and remove the old toilet completely.
Set the wax ring. Clean the flange, place a new wax ring centered on it, and position the bowl bolts.
Seat the new toilet. Lower the Nexus onto the flange, align bolt holes, and tighten bolts evenly to secure.
Connect water and bidet. Attach the fill valve supply line and the bidet water inlet hose to the shutoff valve.
Power up and test. Plug the WASHLET+ S7A remote into the GFCI outlet, restore water, and test flush and bidet functions.
