The TOTO UltraMax WASHLET+ S2 is an elongated one-piece toilet with an integrated WASHLET+ bidet seat system. Confirm the following before ordering.

Rough-In Measurement:
Designed for a standard 12-inch rough-in. Measure from the finished wall to the center of the floor drain to verify compatibility.

Floor Space Requirements:
The elongated bowl provides additional seating comfort and extends farther from the wall than a round-front toilet. Allow adequate front clearance and at least 15 inches from the bowl centerline to any side wall or fixture.

Water Supply Location:
Compatible with standard ½-inch residential water supply shutoff valves. The water supply should be positioned where it can connect to the included WASHLET hardware.

Electrical Requirements:
A nearby 120V GFCI-protected outlet is required to power the heated seat, warm water cleansing, warm air dryer, deodorizer, and electronic controls.

Drain Configuration:
This model is designed for floor-mounted drain installations only. Wall-drain plumbing configurations are not compatible.

Flooring Compatibility:
Suitable for installation on tile, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, concrete, and other standard bathroom flooring surfaces with a properly installed closet flange.

WASHLET+ Concealed Integration:

Installation Considerations:
The one-piece toilet construction is heavier than most two-piece toilets. Two-person installation is recommended for safe handling and positioning.

Installation Steps

Turn off the water supply valve and flush the existing toilet to empty the tank and bowl.
Disconnect the water supply line and remove the old toilet from the floor flange.
Clean the flange area thoroughly and remove any old wax ring residue or debris.
Install a new wax ring or approved toilet seal onto the closet flange.
Carefully lower the UltraMax toilet onto the flange bolts, ensuring proper alignment with the drain opening.
Tighten the floor bolts evenly until the toilet is secure and level. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the porcelain.
Connect the toilet water supply line and turn the water back on.

Connect the WASHLET water supply connection and plug the unit into a nearby GFCI-protected electrical outlet.
