Rough-In Measurement:
Designed for a standard 12-inch rough-in. Measure from the finished wall to the center of the floor drain.

Floor Space Requirements:
The elongated bowl provides additional seating comfort but extends farther into the room than a round-front toilet. Ensure adequate front clearance and a minimum of 15 inches from the bowl centerline to any side wall or fixture.

Water Supply Location:
Compatible with standard residential ½-inch water supply valves. The supply line should be accessible for the included WASHLET connection components.

Electrical Requirements:
Requires a nearby 120V GFCI-protected outlet to power the heated seat, warm water cleansing, dryer, deodorizer, night light, and electronic controls.

Drain Configuration:
Compatible with floor-mounted drain installations only. Wall-drain applications are not supported.

Flooring Compatibility:
Can be installed on tile, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, concrete, and other standard bathroom flooring surfaces with a properly installed closet flange.

WASHLET+ Concealed Integration:

Installation Considerations:

Installation Steps

Shut off the water supply and flush the existing toilet to remove as much water as possible from the tank and bowl.
Disconnect the supply line and remove the old toilet from the floor flange.

Install a new wax ring or approved toilet seal onto the closet flange.
