The Swash BL97 works with round and elongated toilets. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Bowl shape: Compatible with both round and elongated bowls.
  • Mounting hole spacing: Seat bolt holes must be 5.25 to 7.45 inches apart.
  • Tank clearance: At least 1.5 inches between the mounting holes and the front of the tank.
  • Tank profile: Tank must meet the bowl at roughly 90°. French curve tanks are not compatible.

Installation steps

  1. Prep the toilet. Remove the old seat, clean around the mounting holes, shut off the water, and flush.
  2. Mount the seat. Install the mounting brackets with rubber sleeves and tighten the bolts securely.
