Your bathroom will need a 12" Rough-In to install the Neorest LS.

Neorest RS installation is different than a traditional bidet or two piece toilet. Make sure you have enough space in your bathroom as well as the following:

At least 12" rough-in
GFCI 120V within 3 feet; dedicated 15-amp circuit recommended
Access to a water source
Enough room for front and sides of the toilet
