The Swash DR801 fits round and elongated toilets. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Bowl shape: Compatible with both round and elongated bowls.
  • Mounting hole spacing: Seat bolt holes must be 5.25 to 7.45 inches apart.
  • Tank clearance: At least 1.5 inches between the mounting holes and the front of the tank.
  • Tank profile: Tank must meet the bowl at roughly 90°. French curve tanks are not compatible.

Installation steps

  1. Prep the toilet. Remove the old seat and clean around the mounting holes; shut off the water and flush.
  2. Mount the seat. Install the mounting plate with rubber sleeves and bolts until snug.
