The TOTO Drake WASHLET+ S7 is a two-piece smart toilet with an integrated bidet seat at universal height. Confirm these four things before ordering:

Rough-in measurement: 12-inch standard connection to the floor drain.
Floor clearance: 21 inches in front of the bowl, 15 inches on each side.
Water supply: Standard ½-inch connection at the base of the toilet bowl.
Electrical outlet: GFCI 120V within 3 feet of the tank (powers the integrated WASHLET+ S7 bidet seat).

Installation steps

Prep. Shut off the water supply, flush to empty the tank, then disconnect the supply line.
Remove the old toilet. Unbolt from the floor and scrape the old wax ring from the flange.
Set the wax ring. Place a new wax ring on the flange, centered over the drain.
Seat the bowl. Lower the bowl onto the flange, press down firmly, and hand-tighten the bolts evenly.
Attach the tank and test. Bolt the tank to the bowl, reconnect the supply line, and plug the bidet seat into the GFCI outlet.
