Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories are subject to additional shipping charges. Product Sourcing & Fulfillment

Bidets USA is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. Products are sourced directly from our manufacturer partners and may ship from manufacturer or fulfillment warehouses. All products are brand new and include full manufacturer warranties. Orders with multiple items may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. You'll receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days, please contact us at info@bidetsusa.com.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us before shipment at info@bidetsusa.com or 877-420-3443.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Freight (LTL) Delivery

Large items ship via LTL freight and are delivered curbside only. Freight carriers do not bring items inside your home, condominium, or apartment. Please arrange to have the item brought indoors upon delivery.

The freight carrier will contact you by phone or email to schedule your delivery appointment. Prompt response is required. If the carrier cannot reach you within 2 business days, daily storage fees may begin to accrue. If contact cannot be made within 7 days, the shipment will be rerouted back to our warehouse and your refund will be reduced by rerouting fees, accrued storage fees, and any additional carrier charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders with multiple items may ship separately with multiple tracking numbers. If you don't receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@bidetsusa.com.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment at no charge. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order carefully before signing for delivery.

• Freight (LTL) shipments: Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Small parcel shipments: Report any damage within 15 days of delivery.

If you notice damage before signing, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery and reported within the applicable window above, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please email clear photos of the damage to info@bidetsusa.com.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why Bidets USA offers a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for orders that qualify for a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be new, unopened, unused, and uninstalled. Due to the hygienic nature of bidet products, we cannot accept returns on any bidet seats, attachments, or integrated toilets once the packaging has been opened, installed, or connected to water.

All returns must include original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards to be accepted.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date for eligible returns

Getting Started with a Return

Before shipping anything back, you must contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Inspect Your Delivery

Please examine your order immediately upon arrival and before signing for delivery.

• Refuse the delivery if any damage

Cancellations

Order not yet shipped:

Return Shipping Costs

• We provide a fully paid return shipping label at no cost to you

How you'll receive your label:

• Email: Label sent to the email address you provide
• No email: We'll mail the physical label to your shipping address

Restocking Fees

• 15% restocking fee but there is no restocking fee for returns due to our error

Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Damage and Defects After Installation

All products carry manufacturer warranties.

If you discover a defect after installation:

• Contact us at info@bidetsusa.com with your order details
• Provide a description and photos/video of the issue
• We'll help you troubleshoot or connect you with the manufacturer for warranty service
