The Washlet S7 works with elongated toilets only. Confirm these four things before ordering:

  • Bowl shape: Elongated only. Round bowls are not compatible.
  • Mounting hole spacing: Holes must be 5.5 inches apart. Measure between the two seat bolt holes.
  • Tank clearance: At least 2 inches between the mounting holes and the front of the tank.
  • Tank profile: Tank must meet the bowl at roughly 90°. French curve tanks are not compatible.

Installation steps

  1. Prep. Shut off the water, flush the toilet, and remove the old seat; clean around the mounting holes.
  2. Mount the seat. Install the mounting plate with bolts and rubber sleeves; tighten securely.
  3. Attach the bidet. Slide the Washlet S7 onto the mounting plate until it locks into place.
  4. Connect the water. Link the T-connector and bidet supply hose to the fill valve; restore water and check for leaks.
  5. Power up and test. Plug the remote into a standard outlet and test the spray, heating, and deodorizer functions.
