Toto Washlet+ Toilet Sets

A TOTO WASHLET+ set pairs a TOTO toilet and a matching WASHLET bidet seat engineered together, with the seat's power cord and water supply hose hidden inside the toilet instead of trailing down the back of the bowl.

If you'd rather keep the toilet you have, a standalone bidet seat adds the same washing features without replacing anything.

Shop one-piece, two-piece, and wall-hung WASHLET+ sets here, with the S2, S5, S7, and S7A WASHLET.

Rough-In Still Matters for a TOTO Washlet Toilet, Even With the Seat Included

Because you're replacing the whole toilet, rough-in — the distance from the wall to the center of the floor bolts — matters here the way it wouldn't if you were only swapping a seat.

Most sets use a standard 12-inch rough-in; the Aquia IV also offers 10-inch or 14-inch rough-in through an adapter kit, and a couple of Drake sets are sold as fixed 10-inch variants under their own product handle.

TOTO's EP WASHLET+ S7A is different again — it's wall-hung, mounts to an in-wall carrier, and has no floor rough-in measurement at all.

Measure your existing toilet or check with us before ordering.

Choosing a TOTO WASHLET Tier

Every WASHLET+ set here includes a matched toilet and one of TOTO's WASHLET seats — S2, S5, S7, or S7A — and all four tiers cover the same core wash features: heated seat, instant warm water, a warm-air dryer, a deodorizer, and EWATER+ wand cleaning.

Moving up the line buys more convenient control rather than new functions, and the S7A is the one tier that adds something the others don't — a hands-free auto open-close lid.

Sets in this collection are priced across a wide range depending on the toilet series and WASHLET tier combined; shop by budget in our $500 to $1,000 and $1,000 to $2,000 collections, or compare the individual product page for the exact WASHLET tier included with each toilet.

Frequently Asked Questions about Toto Washlet+ Toilet Sets

What's the difference between a TOTO WASHLET and a WASHLET+?

A WASHLET is the bidet seat itself, sold either on its own to add to a toilet you already own, or as part of a WASHLET+ set. A WASHLET+ set pairs that seat with a matching TOTO toilet built so the cord and water line stay concealed behind the base — the seat is still a separate part, just designed to hide the connections rather than trail down the back of the bowl.

Can I add a TOTO WASHLET to the toilet I already have?

Not one of the WASHLET+ sets in this collection — those are matched to a specific TOTO toilet. If you want to add bidet washing to your current toilet, shop a standalone TOTO WASHLET seat instead; it bolts onto most existing toilets without replacing anything.

Do all WASHLET+ sets use a 12-inch rough-in?

Most do, but not all. The Aquia IV offers 10-inch or 14-inch rough-in through an adapter kit, and a few Drake sets are sold as fixed 10-inch variants under their own handle. Check the rough-in listed on the specific product page before ordering.

How long does it take to install a WASHLET+ set?

It's more involved than swapping a standalone seat, since you're setting a whole new toilet — wax ring, floor bolts, and water supply — in addition to connecting the concealed cord and hose. Many buyers have a plumber handle it rather than treating it as a same-day DIY job.
